Captions for Instagram lets you permanently delete your
account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to delete your account
Open Captions for Instagram on your device.
Go to Account (tap the settings icon on the Home screen).
Scroll down and tap Delete account and data.
Enter your email address and password to confirm your identity.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
Tap Delete forever.
What gets deleted
Your account profile and sign-in credentials
All remaining credits (monthly and purchased)
Your credit transaction history
Email and Google identity links
Activity and error logs associated with your account
Any designs you submitted to Discover
Saved drafts, export history, and project history on the device
What is NOT retained
Nothing. Once deletion is confirmed, all server-side and device-side data is
removed immediately. There is no retention period and no way to undo the
deletion.
Note: If you purchased a subscription or credits through
Google Play, the purchase record remains with Google as part of your Play
transaction history. Captions for Instagram cannot modify or delete Google Play
purchase records, but the credits and entitlements associated with them are
permanently removed from our servers.
